How long have you been in business?
We have been serving the Cornish Community by way of cleaning services for 2 years, our specialist techniques have been passed down by an expert to the area for the last 20 years.

What are your working hours?
We are available Monday to Saturday from 9am – 8pm during the day.

How do I Pay?
Payments are made by cash only. Work is paid for in person after the job has been completed to our high standards.

When are you able to clean my Windows?
We clean all year round so that your windows receive regular attention and maintenance. Heavy to Severe weather conditions do arise from time to time, this can prevent us from working in this instance. Please contact us to see if we are able to clean your windows.

What is the Pure Water Pole Fed Cleaning Technology?
We only use Pure Water cleaning systems when we are cleaning your windows. We simply arrive at your house with our very own specially treated water which has been de-ionized. This water is free from any chemicals which could leave streaks or other marks on your windows and other surfaces. We also use this system on reinforced, specially made poles. This not only allows us to reach further when cleaning, your privacy is also protected as we don’t use ladders.

Do you need to use my home water supply?
No, we have our own dedicated water supply. We use a specially purified water to clean windows; you’ll notice that if you clean windows using ordinary household water yourself it never gets a perfect clean – leaving streaks and blemishes. Our water is the only one that will give your windows a perfect gleaming streak-free shine.

Do you clean anything else other than windows?
Yes! Whilst we offer the best window cleaning service in Cornwall we also offer the best cleaning services for your gutters, patio, driveway, pathways and in fact, anything that’s outdoors and can be cleaned. Contact us now and tell us what you’d like to have cleaned!

How often do you clean Windows and other areas?
We can come and clean your windows as often as you like, however if you feel a special clean is needed for an occasion feel free to get in touch with us and we will endeavour to visit you as soon as possible.

What happens when you arrive at my property?
After we first arrive we will inspect the area we will be working in. This is done to assess the work about to be done to make sure we give you the best possible price, it’s also done to perform risk assessment as we value our approach to health & safety greatly. This ensures not only the lowest price for you but also the greatest level of safety and professionalism.

Will I get an estimated time of arrival for your cleaning services?
We usually arrange a date with our customers and give a rough time as to when we will be arriving. We aim to call all of our customers when we are on our way, however due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather etc we may be delayed. We will inform you if we are delayed for any reason.

What does Kernow mean?
Kernow is the word for Cornwall in Kernewek, this is known to be the local language of Cornwall. Although it is not officially used in Cornwall; many have decided to learn the language and keep it alive. Many local people are very familiar with the term ‘Kernow’ meaning anything or one who is local to the county.
